The 3 Cs to Success

Our research into best practices for educators and other professionals is underscored by improved communication, collaboration, and coordination of services for individuals and organizations. Groups aided by the work of Link Autism Leadership include: families, educational systems, healthcare systems, and social systems.

LINK collects research through (various survey methods, focus groups, and interviews) in a specific setting or district focused on the individual needs of the children being served to best support the child with autism and the teachers.

LINK utilizes specially developed instruments devised by our team of educators, clinicians, and researchers that are helpful in assessing educational and organizational needs in light of the child’s needs.

LINK only uses data to best meet the needs of the autistic child.

Autism Disorders Action Plan(c)

Based on data driven evidence LINK constructs an Autism Disorders Action Plan® for each child on the spectrum being served in a given environment. We do not utilize a one-size fits all approach. Needs are identified and tailored to best practice and outcome for the child. Pre and post observations are made and adjustments are made along the way every month to three months.

Autism Disorders Action Research

LINK utilizes research based best practice in offering training for teachers focused on an integrated systems approach and Action Research, which we publish through our website Link Autism Leadership.

Everything we do is based around Action Research and we work with schools to collect research to continually improve our practice and educational outcomes for children with autism disorders.

Best Practice

LINK communicates best practice through professional development specifically targeted to understanding the needs of each child and the school as a whole accounting for academic, behavioral, and social needs of the child. We work within your Professional Learning Community or can help you establish a PLC for this purpose. Invite LINK to your school.

LINK honors diversity of all shapes and sizes in terms of teachers, parents, and children we serve.
